Picnic, Lightning

I think this is the book where I first read Billy Collins, and liked him so much. There are such great ones here; I think I've probably read these poems dozens of times. And several images formed such permanent anchors in my mind: three blind mice, going back to the house for a book, shoveling snow with buddha, etc.
