The Information Diet
I've read several blog-post-length versions of this before. In short, he recommends paying attention to WHAT you consume as information, using a diet metaphor. He's riffing on MIchael Pollan: Read Words. Not Too Much. Mostly Facts.
If you've ever read a blog post covering this, you're good. But he makes good points that you should: 1. pay attention to what info you consume, 2. look for variety in your info diet, 3. dine close to the source - original data, not news media spin!
