The Hunger Games

We listened to this audiobook on a family drive to Colorado - it was a big hit. Trudy wanted to press play anytime we were in the car! It was weirdly better than I remembered? And then during one night in our Colorado cabin we watched the movie, and I figured it out. the MOVIE is so dumb, it really overwrote that the book was decent. There are some great moments (Stanley Tucci) that really punch above their weight, but the core storytelling is pretty tedious in the movie.
