The Undertaking of Lily Chen

This is an interesting graphic novel about a young man tasked with finding a corpse bride for his recently-deceased brother. It's really interestingly drawn, but the story is predictable. It has the vibe of an indie feature film.

I've got to stop reading graphic novels until somebody teaches me how to properly appreciate them. This is a great book, but left me underwhelmed. As with all well-illustrated graphic novels, I'm struck with how great the illustrations are, but don't give them their proper time to digest because I'm interested in reading more than looking.
